Art for Animals loves and needs volunteers. Experience in the art world is especially helpful. Artists, dealers and collectors are welcome to participate in our events and join working committees. We also need people to help staff special events and assist with mailings several times throughout the year.

If you want to work hands-on with animals, please contact your local animal shelter, sanctuary or animal control agency. If you need help navigating through this landscape, we would be glad to suggest appropriate contacts. We are in touch with rescue groups that assist all companion animals, including dogs, cats, birds, horses, small mammals and reptiles. We can also put you in touch with sanctuaries that care for farm animals, primates, elephants, large cats and many varieties of animals that have been rescued from circuses, private homes, the entertainment industry and zoos.
